Latonya Smith is a technology executive, strategist, entrepreneur, and creative visionary who believes precision and creativity can exist in the same space.
By day, she leads large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives, specializing in operational strategy, automation, governance, and platform engineering. Alongside her corporate leadership career, she built Lovely Candle Co. as a creative extension of her belief that intentional design, emotional clarity, and meaningful experiences matter just as much as execution and structure.
With a background in engineering and business, Latonya brings a unique perspective to the luxury fragrance and lifestyle space — combining operational discipline with artistic storytelling. Her work blends modern elegance with emotional depth, creating products and experiences that feel both elevated and personal.
She is also the creator of Elegance in the Glow™, a guided reflective experience designed to help people move through life with greater clarity, softness, and intentional forward movement.
